  • In a bowl mix together grated carrot, cucumber, shredded cabbage and yogurt.
  • Season with salt, pepper, oregano, fresh mustard powder, fresh soaf powder, honey, and set in refrigerator.
  • Heat the non-stick tava.
  • Put the whole wheat bread. Make it brown.
  • Take a toasted bread and spread yogurt on it.
  • Put another bread on it and make a tasty delicious sandwich.
